Throughout his career, Johan has led expansion plans, implemented complex software, designed user-friendly interfaces, and united businesses all over the world by utilizing technology as a business driver.

Johan understands the invaluable asset of seamless communication and unity throughout organizations and has mastered the art of aligning the wants and needs of employees with the goals and vision of businesses. Apart from his business expertise, Johan has over 20 years of experience implementing and designing Salesforce solutions for international businesses.

Johan received an MBA from Harvard Business School and Master of Economics from Stockholm School of Economics.

Tommy Ståhl has over 15 years of experience in IT, Service, and Leadership. He understands the ins and outs of business and the role technology plays in the success of every company. For the past decade, Tommy has held executive positions in several industries, and his professional accomplishments are impressive. Notably, Tommy built an Apple Service Center from the ground up and implemented multiple Global Field Service solutions for large enterprises using Salesforce.

Tommy has been responsible for building IT infrastructure, security and wireless networks, server installations, and cloud transitions while also functioning as a business leader. His technical skills and customer-service experience give him the unique ability to design, develop, and implement solutions that best suit each of his clients.

When he’s not creating IT solutions, Tommy loves watching Formula 1 racing and the Kansas City Chiefs while spending time with his two-year-old son.

Duncan Hamill is an exceptional IT consultant with over a decade of experience. Over the years, he has led teams as a business owner, consultant, and Salesforce system administrator. Along with his Salesforce expertise, Duncan is knowledgeable in a multitude of coding languages, including JavaScript, Python, HTML, and CSS. He’s used his coding and business knowledge to transform internal IT systems for global enterprises.

He has a passion for music and currently owns a business aimed at supporting local musicians by giving them access to a professional rehearsal studio in and around Swansea, Wales, UK. Duncan is a successful rock musician and a member of Hot Mass.

Susumu Aoyama brings over 40 years of experience in Service, IT, and Leadership, blending technical expertise with a global perspective. He started his career traveling and servicing medical equipment in Japan and Europe. Transitioning to IT in 2009, Susumu successfully managed IT systems for product development and manufacturing. In 2019, he continued his education at CyberUniversity to grow his IT knowledge. With his skills and expertise, Susumu worked as an IT Manager at Hitachi and FujiFilm, consistently delivering innovative solutions that drove efficiency and growth. He specializes in Salesforce CRM and has extensive experience developing integrations and other applications. Outside of work, Susumu enjoys exploring hot springs and scenic landscapes on his motorcycle.
