In 2019, he continued his education at CyberUniversity to grow his IT knowledge. With his skills and expertise, Susumu worked as an IT Manager at Hitachi and FujiFilm, consistently delivering innovative solutions that drove efficiency and growth. He specializes in Salesforce CRM and has extensive experience developing integrations and other applications. Outside of work, Susumu enjoys exploring hot springs and scenic landscapes on his motorcycle.
